Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer free shipping within the Greater Montreal area, excluding locations north of Blainville or south of Chambly. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping services.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
- Standard delivery times range from 7-10 business days.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at info@focusfiltration.ca to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Ensure the returned items are unused and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged or defective.
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@focusfiltration.ca. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide return instructions.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
